About Us

Longmen Gongfu is dedicated to traditional Gongfu, focusing on muscle enhancement, stretching, joint locks, throwing techniques, forms with and without weapons, applications, breathing exercises, and Qi Gong. The training program emphasizes patience, endurance, willpower, perseverance, and self-discipline, guiding students through the legendary Dragon Gate. The mission is to spread knowledge about traditional Chinese martial arts, particularly Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan, which promotes fitness and health through ancient techniques that enhance endurance, coordination, and body awareness. The dojo welcomes everyone from age 16 and offers free trial training sessions, requiring only comfortable sportswear.
