About Us
The Dojo, Traditionelles Taekwon-Do, offers a holistic and effective training for body and mind. They practice traditional Taekwon-Do according to Grandmaster Kwon Jae-Hwa. The training focuses on improving coordination, mental and emotional strength, balance, and stress resistance. It also helps to reduce and prevent knee and back problems. The Dojo uses a combination of physical fitness and mental discipline to enhance concentration, self-confidence, and overall well-being.
