MSE – PROTACTICS Bautzen is part of the award-winning self-defense system developed by Michael Stahl. Training focuses on realistic self-defense, combining endurance, fitness, mobility, coordination, speed, and practical techniques. Classes are held at the Sorbian school gym in Bautzen, led by instructor André Böhmer, with options for both youth and adults. The program emphasizes personal safety, awareness, and the ability to protect oneself and others in real-world situations.
