About Us

Welcome to the Martial Arts of Mindfulness! Are you seeking more mental and physical balance? Do you want to live healthier, more consciously, and more relaxed? Or are you looking for a place to practice Chinese martial arts and mindfulness? Then you may be in the right place – regardless of age. We train in Zhong Xin Dao I Liq Chuan, a martial art based on Tai Chi principles and the mindfulness practice of Zen Buddhism. Our school is one of the few in Germany where you can learn this martial art, focusing on philosophy, stress reduction, and harmonizing body and mind. We emphasize conscious perception and the inner balance achieved through understanding Yin and Yang, rather than physical strength. Join us for a stress-free and mindful practice that supports your journey towards self-discovery and tranquility.
