Iaido teaches the art of drawing and handling the Japanese sword with precision and mindfulness, following the Zen Nippon Kendo Renmei standards. Karate-Jitsu focuses on practical self-defense and holistic health, combining conditioning, coordination, and breathing techniques to strengthen both body and mind, suitable even into older age. Taichi emphasizes flowing, slow movements that reduce stress, improve balance, and enhance memory, practiced through the 24-form Peking style and the Yang Cheng Fu long form. Together, these disciplines provide a path to discipline, fitness, and inner harmony, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
