Aikido Dojo freiLand

The Aikido Dojo Freiland is a martial arts school that teaches Aikido, a Japanese discipline that focuses on harmony and energy. The dojo is led by Hans-Joachim Böhlke, a 3rd Dan Aikikai instructor who teaches the style of Katsuaki Asai, an 8th Dan Aikikai Shihan. Aikido is a non-acrobatic, non-violent martial art that uses circular movements and joint locks to defend against attacks, without causing harm to the opponent. The techniques are designed to be easily learned and effective, making them suitable for self-defense for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. The dojo offers classes in Potsdam, at the University of Potsdam, and in kindergartens, and welcomes new students at any time.
