SC EMPI E.V. is a combat sports school from Nauen that offers training for more security and self-confidence. They provide various training options, including Karate, Kickboxen, Selbstverteidigung, Yoga, and Cheer-Dance. Their team of trainers includes Melissa Emperhoff, Alexander Streiter, Heiko Latocha, Frank Kollas, Lucas Kollas, and Leo Ringhandt. They have a strong focus on social values such as respect, discipline, concentration, and courage. Their training aims to strengthen self-awareness, self-safety, and self-control, as well as promote body awareness and overall health. They also offer a free home training session for new members.
