About Us
The Jiu Jitsu Club Darmstadt is a martial arts club that was established in 2020. It offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training for kids and adults. The club has a new training program for girls and boys between 8 and 14 years old, which takes place on Saturdays from 9 to 10 am. The program focuses on building confidence, promoting fair and tolerant behavior, and training coordination and body awareness. It is a low-risk martial art.
