About Us

Neue Schritte offers regular courses in Qi Gong and Yoga, focusing on health and wellness through slow movements and powerful elements of Hatha Yoga. The dojo emphasizes the importance of listening to the body's needs to achieve inner balance and maintain health. Participants can experience intensive practice during week-long seminars in nature, as well as fasting weeks by the sea, which include fruit fasting or Ayurvedic fasting in the healing climate of the North Sea. The philosophy of Neue Schritte is about bringing body and mind together, living joyfully, and becoming whole.
