About Us
The Shisei Dojo Arnstadt is a Karate school that teaches traditional Shotokan Karate according to the Japan Karate Association. It is led by Sebastian Maerten and is an official DJKB Karate Dojo. Karate is a versatile martial art that trains both physical and mental aspects, including speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, perseverance, and respect. It is suitable for children, who can apply what they learn in training to their daily lives.
