Wing Tai is a dynamic martial art that blends tradition with modern practice, emphasizing protection of oneself and others with or without weapons. Known as a “style without style,” Wing Tai focuses on adaptability, fluidity, and balance, uniting the soft (Yin) and the hard (Yang). Its distinctive wing- and fan-like rotational movements maximize strength and energy flow, teaching students to harness power while striving for peace and harmony. With over 20 years of experience, Wing Tai offers training in martial arts, self-defense, fitness, health, and meditation, guiding practitioners to develop resilience, clarity, and flexibility both in combat and in life.
