The dojo is located at Schulen Hackenberg and is an official member school of Wing Tsun Welt. The dojo offers various martial arts styles, including WingTsun, Escrima, and ChiKung. WingTsun is a Chinese martial art that teaches self-defense and self-assertion. It is a holistic system that emphasizes principles over techniques, making it adaptable to different situations. The dojo also offers a version of WingTsun for children, called Kids-WT, which teaches self-assertion and self-defense through play. Additionally, the dojo offers Escrima, a dynamic and logical martial art that is based on physical and mathematical laws, and ChiKung, a health program that aims to release blockages and improve flexibility. The dojo's philosophy is centered around the idea of 'Prinzip statt Technik' (principles over techniques), which allows students to apply the principles learned in WingTsun to various areas of life.
