About Us
The Judo-Club Rüsselsheim e.V. is a judo club that was developed by Jigoro Kano in 1860. The name 'Ju' means soft and 'do' means way, so it's about defeating your opponent by giving in. Judging by the content, the club also offers Aikido, a defensive martial art, and Taekwondo, a Korean combat sport. The descriptions of these martial arts were provided by their respective division leaders, Heiner Kleber, Andreas Hanigk, and Jill Goeres.
