The dojo teaches Shotokan Karate. The dojo's training is based on the principles of shotokan, which emphasize the importance of discipline, respect, and self-control. The dojo's training also includes Kata and Kumite, which are forms of karate that involve the execution of predetermined patterns of movements and the practice of sparring with a partner, respectively. The dojo's goal is to help its members develop their physical and mental abilities, as well as their character and self-discipline, through the practice of shotokan karate.
