Welcome to the Puria Gym homepage. If you are passionate about martial arts or looking for a change from the regular gym, you are in the right place. Puria Gym has been the oldest Muay Thai and the largest martial arts school in the Trier region since 1994. We offer a variety of courses including Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, and K1 kickboxing. Additionally, we provide children's training, self-defense courses, personal training, and fitness sessions. The training is supervised by a licensed and experienced master, supported by a dedicated team that has trained many well-known fighters. Our students appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the individual attention provided, ensuring a respectful environment with extensive technical knowledge. Our locations in Trier and Wittlich offer over 600 square meters of space for training.
