About Us
Shotokan Karate Cuxhaven e.V. is a karate club that teaches the Shotokan style of karate. They offer training for members of all ages and abilities, with a focus on self-discipline, physical control, concentration, coordination, and building strength, endurance, speed, and agility. The club emphasizes respect and control, with no full-contact training and a focus on safe and controlled kumite (sparring) practices. New members, guests, and those interested in trying karate are welcome to join and learn more about the club's activities.
