About Us
The Dojo is a place where one can learn and practice various martial arts and meditation techniques. They teach Qigong exercises and principles, which involve slow movements and deep breathing to cultivate life energy or 'Qi'. They also teach Tai-Chi-Chuan, a martial art that emphasizes slow movements and inner energy.
