Taekwon-Do Weisendorf is a martial arts school that teaches the Korean martial art of Taekwon-Do, which translates to 'the art of foot and fist fighting.' This discipline has evolved over nearly 2000 years and not only focuses on combat techniques but also instills values such as respect, courtesy, humility, and self-discipline. The school emphasizes the unity of body and mind, promoting coordination, reaction, concentration, endurance, and patience to develop both physical and mental abilities. Everyone is welcome to train together, regardless of age or physical condition, and classes are conducted without contact, following the teachings of Grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa.
