About Us
The dojo, led by Daniel Schneider, focuses on martial arts and health training, emphasizing the importance of well-being. It offers a variety of classes including Qi Gong, which features traditional exercises such as Chansi-Gong, Crane Qi Gong, and the Eight Brocade exercises. Additionally, Tai Chi Chuan is taught in the traditional Yang style, along with Tai Chi sword forms. The dojo also incorporates meditation for physical health and mental wellness, provides nutritional advice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and offers Tuina therapy combined with Qi Gong exercises for health prevention. Self-defense courses in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Kobudo are also available.
