About Us
Luta Livre/No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art that has its roots in Brazil. The aim is to take the opponent to the ground, control them there, and force a submission through various joint locks and choke techniques from different positions. Strikes and kicks are not allowed. Training is conducted barefoot and in regular sports clothing, preferably tight-fitting.
