TuSG Ritterhude - Judo-Abteilung

TuSG Ritterhude e.V. has offered Kodokan Judo since 1966 for children and adults. The club provides broad-based training focused on fitness, discipline, and self-defense, welcoming beginners and experienced judoka from ages 6 to 66 and beyond. As a Kata training center for the Bremer Judo-Verband and the NJV district Lüneburg-Stade, it specializes in kata preparation for exams and competitions. Led by highly qualified instructors, including national and international kata champions, the dojo emphasizes both traditional Judo practice and modern development. Additional offerings include the Judo Sport Badge for adults and individualized kata coaching, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and achievement.
