The Effective Martial Arts Academy (EMAA) is a organization founded by Sifu Lambros Stogios in July 2018. The academy teaches the Power Wing Tshun (PWT) martial arts system, a modern and dynamic variant of Wing Tshun. The PWT system focuses on fitness, health, defense, and trust, aiming to help individuals develop physical and mental abilities.
