Jion

Welcome to Jion, which translates from Japanese to mean love and kindness. Jion is also a Karate kata that combines harmony in movement with a direct, powerful, and effective fighting style. We aim to document our attitude towards society and life through this name. On one hand, we emphasize respect, help, and regard for our fellow human beings; on the other hand, we advocate for consistency against those who confront the dignity of a person with violence. Our association was founded in December 2008 from a community of interest and is also open to other martial arts. In early 2010, we merged with the Karate group of the Police Sports Club in Güstrow.
