My dojo offers a way to find balance and calmness in today's fast-paced world. Through Tai Chi and coaching, I help you discover your inner peace and stability. Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese practice, helps you maintain your center and overall health by training your muscles, improving your posture, and promoting relaxation and focus. As a coach, I guide you in finding your own solutions and support you in maintaining your balance and calmness. I also offer reining lessons, where I help you develop a soft, centered, and structurally sound body, which you can then apply to your riding. By working with me, you'll be able to find your balance and center, leading to a more peaceful and stable life.
