About Us

Paradox Boxing is a unique approach that merges boxing with meditation, emphasizing the balance between strength and control. It teaches practitioners to navigate the contradictions inherent in boxing—attacking while defending, being strong yet agile, and maintaining predictability while being unpredictable. The dojo focuses on mastering the unexpected, encouraging individuals to transform weaknesses into strengths and prioritize instinct over logic. In addition to boxing, the training incorporates elements of yoga and Qi-gong to enhance energy flow, endurance, and flexibility. Participants are guided by experienced trainers and are encouraged to develop a sense of community and support among like-minded individuals.
