Das Dōjō in Lüneburg

Das Dōjō in Lüneburg offers a diverse range of martial arts and wellness practices. We specialize in the Shima-Ha Shorin-Ryu karate style, following the teachings of Toshihiro Oshiro Shihan. In addition to karate, we provide training in Kobudo and Saijutsu. Our yoga school focuses on the modern yoga form Tenshido-Ryû, guided by Carsten Kreher Sensei. We also offer Zen-Shiatsu training based on the teachings of Masunaga Sensei and traditional Reiki practices as taught by Mikao Usui Sensei. Our dojo is a place for personal growth and community engagement through various disciplines.
