About Us

The Dojo offers various courses and workshops to help individuals achieve more gelassenheit, relaxation, and well-being. Their courses include stress management through mindfulness, tai chi, mindful self-compassion, body and fascia training, and more. They also offer workshops and in-house training sessions. The Dojo is run by Dr. Jürgen Elsholz and Malú Elsholz, and they aim to help people prevent stress-related illnesses and improve their overall health.
