Takemusu Aiki Dojo Hanau

Takemusu Aiki Dojo Hanau is a martial arts dojo founded in 1988 by Peter Heurich, a direct student of Ute and Mark van Meerendonk. Initially starting with a small group, the dojo has grown to approximately 30 members, all pursuing the path of Aiki at their own pace. The dojo emphasizes traditional training based on the teachings of Morihiro Saito, a long-time student of Aikido's founder, Morihei Ueshiba. Over the years, the dojo has moved training locations several times and is currently located at the Schulzentrum Hessen-Homburg. It is a founding member of the Takemusu Aikido Germany Association, fostering a community where members train together, regardless of rank or experience, promoting mutual growth and understanding in Aikido.
