Sportcenter Isken

Sportcenter Isken offers fitness and martial arts for the whole family since 1969. It provides a variety of martial arts classes for children starting from age 3, including Judo, Taekwon-Do, Hapki-Do, Kobudo, and Kickboxing. Additionally, there are adult classes in Hapki-Do and Taekwon-Do, as well as self-defense courses for women. The center encourages families to join and experience martial arts training, and they invite new members to attend a trial training session. The facility also includes a fitness area for muscle building and cardiovascular training.
