Welcome to Fight4you! As an experienced self-defense instructor, I specialize in teaching people of all ages the art of self-defense and self-assertion. In a world where violence and bullying are unfortunately commonplace, it is more important than ever to be able to protect oneself. My training specifically targets women and youth, equipping them with the necessary skills and techniques to assert themselves in critical situations. I offer lessons in Bielefeld and throughout East Westphalia, believing that self-defense should be a topic in schools. The earlier one learns to assert themselves, the better they can protect themselves in dangerous situations. Group training for women is available, and private sessions can be arranged at home for those who prefer a more secure environment.
