Judoka Wattenscheid e. V.

The dojo, Judoka Wattenscheid e.V., is a sports club that offers judo and self-defense training for people of all ages. They have different groups for children and adults, including a mini group for children aged 4-6, a children's group for 7-12 year olds, and a group for young people and seniors aged 13 and above. They also offer an all-around combat system called Ajukate, which combines five different martial arts: Aikido, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and ATK-SV. This discipline is suitable for children and adults and is taught in a playful and varied way. They also offer self-defense training for women and adults, called ATK-SV, which is a direct defense system based on nerve pressure and tearing techniques, as well as shocking punches and kicks. This training is only available for adults aged 18 and above.
