Kingz Gym

The Kingz-Gym is a sports and fitness center located in Bottrop, offering a variety of martial arts and fitness programs for all levels. Their mission is to strengthen people physically and mentally. The gym is led by a power duo, Julia and Thomas Symannek, who are experienced trainers and coaches. They offer classes in Muay Thai, Kickboxen, Boxen, Women only Boxen, Kickboxen KIDS, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling NoGi, Mixed Material Arts, Sparring, and Hyrox Functional Workout.
