Tokio Hirano Köln 1969 e.V. is a sports club that teaches modern Ju-Jutsu and self-defense since 50 years. The club offers training to women, men, youth and children, and is the oldest Ju-Jutsu club in the Cologne area. The training is led by experienced instructors and Dan-trainers, and aims to teach effective self-defense techniques, improve physical fitness, and enhance overall safety. The club is a member of the North Rhine-Westphalian Ju-Jutsu Association and the German Ju-Jutsu Association, and offers training at two locations in Cologne. The club also offers a free trial period for new members.
