About Us
Welcome to the 1st JJJC Dortmund, where we invite you to be part of the oldest Dortmund club for Eastern martial arts. Our aim is to foster a strong community that teaches respect, fairness, politeness, and helpfulness through martial arts. We focus on body and mind integration, improving concentration, and promoting self-defense skills. Our training is suitable for all ages, including children, enhancing their coordination and personal development. With experienced trainers, we offer a welcoming environment for beginners. Additionally, we provide a fun endurance program called Tae-Ju-Bo for all age groups. We look forward to welcoming you to our club!
