Kyokushin Karate Dojo Dortmund, founded in 1991, teaches the full-contact style of Kyokushinkai Karate developed by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, known as one of the toughest karate styles in the world. Training covers Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring) under experienced instructors. The dojo welcomes children from age 7, youth, and adults of all levels, offering free trial sessions to newcomers. As a member of Kyokushinkai Deutschland e.V. and the sports club TuS Scharnhorst Dortmund, the dojo emphasizes discipline, respect, and perseverance, guided by the traditional Dojo Kun. Students build strength, resilience, and inner spirit while following the Kyokushin path.
