About Us
The Budokan Essen e.V. is a sports club for the whole family. They offer a wide range of sports activities, including classical martial arts such as Karate and Kyusho-Jitsu, as well as other disciplines like Kenjodo, Kyusho-Tanbo-Jutsu, and Ju Jitsu. They also provide fitness training and self-defense classes. The training is designed to be inclusive, integrative, and focused on health prevention, and has been recognized by the Deutschen Städte- und Gemeindebund (DStGB).
