About Us

The Jun Fan Martial Arts dojo offers a holistic approach to efficient self-defense, combining fitness and mental balance. Their training atmosphere is calm and respectful, focusing on protecting and respecting partners. They train with, not against each other, as part of their Protect and Respect your Partner Program. The dojo teaches various styles, including Jeet Kune Do, which combines different combat ranges and techniques. They also offer Inosanto Kali, a system developed by Dan Inosanto, and Fight Fit, a fitness program that aims to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Additionally, they practice mindfulness through yoga, body scan, and other techniques, integrating mental balance into their training.
