About Us
Be Your Own Hero (BYOH) is an inclusive martial arts project that allows individuals with and without disabilities to explore the world of martial arts. Whether young or old, everyone interested in martial arts can train with experienced instructors while having a lot of fun. The motto is: Be your own hero! BYOH organizes events throughout Germany, supported by GMC - German MMA Championship, which offers spectacular and fair martial arts events at a high sporting level. All are welcome to join this engaging and exciting community.
