DSC Wanne-Eickel - Judo e.V.

DSC Wanne-Eickel – Judo e.V. is one of the most active and successful judo clubs in North Rhine-Westphalia, with around 200 members and a history dating back to 1969. Established as an independent club in 2013, it is recognized by the German Judo Federation and known for its strong commitment to quality training, ethics, and community values. The club offers judo for all ages, including children, youth, adults, and people with disabilities, with a focus on coeducational practice, respect, and inclusion. Training covers beginner to advanced levels, competition preparation, fitness, and self-defense, supported by numerous licensed trainers and black belts up to 6th Dan. DSC Wanne-Eickel is also deeply engaged in social projects, ensuring accessibility for families with financial challenges, and has earned awards for its governance and community work.
