About Us

WB Personal Training is a place where people of all abilities, genders, age groups, and fitness levels can participate and feel a sense of success and self-worth. The training offers a variety of styles, including personal training, bootcamp, and fitness boxen, with a focus on functional cardio, anaerobic, and explosive/plyometric movements. The training plan is designed to provide a full-body workout and improve overall fitness. The gym offers a fun, social, and safe training environment that provides the desired results and promotes correct posture in daily life.
