Training sessions take place on **Wednesdays and Fridays** from 20:00 to 21:30, with the Friday sessions including weapons training using the Aikido staff (bo) and sword (bokken). The dojo emphasizes mutual support among students, and newcomers are encouraged to try a class with just a light training outfit. **Aikido** promotes both physical and mental discipline, and all are welcome, with special permission required for minors to participate. The dojo is located in the **Budo-Sport-Center Oberhausen**, easily accessible from the A42.
