About Us
The Dojo is a health park for the whole family offering various sports and activities including fitness, cardio, karate, reha, functional training, and self-defense. The Karate program is described as more than just a combat sport, it's a way to develop self-defense skills, endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and character strength, while building self-confidence. The Dojo also offers Jumping Fitness, a low-impact workout, Body-Bootcamp/Crossfit, which enhances overall well-being, and Rehasport, a program to improve mobility, endurance, strength, and coordination, especially for those dealing with physical consequences of illness or disability. The Dojo's team includes experienced trainers with various certifications and expertise in different areas of fitness and martial arts.
