The Tai Chi Chuan Verein is a group that practices the Chinese movement art of Tai Chi Chuan. This art form is said to free the mind, make the body strong and flexible, and prevent diseases. It does not require any special talent or abilities. The slow and flowing movements of Tai Chi Chuan work by providing the body with optimal oxygen supply through deep breathing, making joints and tendons flexible, stimulating hormone production, and correcting movement patterns to eliminate posture errors. As a result, deep relaxation leads to effortless inner strength, which is why Tai Chi Chuan was famous as a martial art. The art form is now mainly known in the West for its positive effects on physical and mental well-being. It can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, and at any time, making it a convenient and accessible form of exercise.
