About Us
Kaizen - Verein für Kampfkunst e.V. offers karate training for everyone. Their modern karate style is focused on practical self-defense and combines techniques from various martial arts, such as Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and Krav-Maga. They have a broad sports orientation and welcome both beginners and advanced athletes. The club is based in Lindlar and offers free trial training sessions.
