Chinese Boxing Institute International

Detlef Zimmermann is one of the first teachers of Inner Martial Arts in Germany, since 1981. He started with Karate in 1976 and later with Ju Jutsu, where he also earned the black belt. He learned the Inner Styles Hsing I Chuan, Tai Chi Chuan, Kai Sai Kung Fu, the hybrids Yim Wing Chun and Jun Fan Gong Fu through Manfred Steiner in the late 70s. His training methods focus on the development of individual skills and the cultivation of natural movement patterns and reflexes.
