WingTsun International is a professional martial arts organization focusing on self-defense. The term 'International' is significant for the association as it relates to communication among people. The organization is dedicated to helping individuals and breaking down various prejudices. The 'T' in TA self-defense stands for traditional, which encompasses respecting the elderly, loving the young, protecting the weak, and not abusing strength, while also finding one's own center. The 'A' stands for authentic, as TA WT remains true to the origins of its founder, Ng Mui, a nun from a Shaolin monastery, while adapting to the needs of modern individuals. Members can choose their own training path, whether in individual, small group, or large group lessons. In addition to unarmed self-defense, there is a method for weapon defense training, starting with stick training and extending to everyday items.
