About Us
The Tai Chi Studio Hannover offers ongoing Tai Chi instruction for beginners and advanced practitioners, as well as weekend workshops on various topics, such as Tai Chi forms, sword, push hands, and applications. Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2023, the studio welcomes new faces and encourages visitors to join. The beginner classes provide an excellent introduction to Tai Chi, and participants can learn about body mechanics and the applicability of Tai Chi movements. The studio also emphasizes community engagement and provides opportunities for personal growth through workshops and events, including international meetings and retreats.
