About Us
The dojo focuses on the connection between body, mind, and universe through breathing. Good breathing combined with movement promotes relaxation, a deep center, better posture, and mental agility, bringing body and mind into balance. This leads to a sense of joy, harmony, and satisfaction. The dojo teaches Taido, a Japanese martial art, Iaido, the way of the sword, Ki exercises for well-being, and Sotaiho, exercises for body balance.
