Trainingshalle: KSG OH-DO-KWAN e.V. Abteilung Kerpen

The dojo is a part of the KSG OH-DO-KWAN e.V. Taekwondo club, with its Kerpen branch existing since 2022. Their focus is on realistic self-defense and they offer professional Taekwondo training for all age groups. They have a qualified team of trainers who provide a varied and challenging training experience, incorporating elements from other martial arts to make self-defense as realistic as possible. For adults, the training aims to improve physical health, while also teaching self-defense techniques. For children, the focus is on mobility, motor skills, and conditioning, with the possibility of participating in tournaments and developing precision and execution of techniques in a fixed form (poomsae).
