About Us
Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan), Qi Gong, and Yi Quan are Chinese movement, meditation, and martial arts that provide a holistic body and mental training experience. They incorporate movement, relaxation, meditation, and elements of self-defense. These practices can be pursued for various reasons, including physical training for strength, flexibility, fitness, and health, as well as for mental calmness, relaxation, stress reduction, and as a gentle, intelligent martial art. The classes are designed to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, allowing students of all levels to learn and support each other at their own pace.
